With our cricket hack , you can easily conjure up your own sustainable Bolognese! 🌱

Ingredients:
• 40g EntoSus cricket mince
• 120 ml water
• 1 onion
• 2 carrots
• ½ bell pepper
• Tomato paste
• 1 can of chopped tomatoes
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• 150g pasta
• Red wine
Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix cricket mince with three times the amount of water or vegetable stock and let it rest.
2️⃣ Chop the onion, carrots, and bell peppers. Fry the cricket mince and add the vegetables.
3️⃣ Add some tomato paste and deglaze with red wine, stir in chopped tomatoes and let simmer.
4️⃣ Cook pasta in salted water for about 5 - 10 minutes and then serve with the Grillognese.
