Shipping policy

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the order value and the destination country. Within Germany, shipping is free from an order value of €50.00.

Shipping costs and delivery times

For all orders from Germany under €50.00, a shipping charge of €4.49 applies.

For all orders with a goods value of €50.00 or more, shipping is free.

For all orders from the rest of the EU, including Switzerland, a shipping charge of €8.99 applies unless stated otherwise.

In general, the shipping costs calculated by our online shop immediately before the order is placed always apply.

Delivery time information

Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number, which you can use to follow your parcel. We also use your email address to send you other useful information about your order, such as delivery and return confirmations.

Delays

Should any items be temporarily unavailable, or should the expected delivery time be delayed, we will of course let you know by email.

Logistics partner

We ship with DHL GoGreen. Once we have received your order we pack it as quickly as possible and hand it over to DHL; this usually takes less than one working day. If there is a problem with your parcel, simply send us an email at info@entosus.de and we will make sure you receive it as soon as possible.
