Background:
Snacking on crickets is nothing new. They have been a firm part of the menu in large parts of the world for centuries. We are still innovative, though, because our edible insects are farmed in a controlled environment. We produce according to the principles of a regional circular economy in Bremen, on our own cricket farm. And how does that work? You can find out under “Our farm and us”.
