Background:
Eating crickets is not a new idea. In many regions of the world – Thailand, Mexico and Nigeria among them – insects have been part of the menu for centuries.
At EntoSus, however, we take an innovative route: we farm crickets in a controlled environment and process them into high-quality alternatives to meat products. In doing so we follow the principles of a regional circular economy and produce our crickets in Bremen.
