With 28.5% crickets from our own farm in Bremen, combined with high-quality ingredients such as sunflower seeds, onions and apples, the result is an aromatic treat that unites tradition and innovation. The selected spices – from nutmeg to marjoram – round off the aroma perfectly.

Origin & background
Background:
Eating crickets is not a new idea. They have been established as a food source in many cultures for centuries. At EntoSus, however, we take an innovative route: we farm crickets in a controlled environment and process them into high-quality alternatives to meat products. In doing so we follow the principles of a regional circular economy and produce our crickets in Bremen.
