Preparation
Preparation: Put 90 g of cricket burger mix into a bowl and add 110 ml of cold water. Let the mixture swell for about 30 minutes. Then take around 100 g of the mass and shape it into a burger. Fry the shaped burger in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Preparation: Soak the cricket mince in three times the amount of hot water or vegetable stock (70 g cricket mince with 210 ml water) for about 20 minutes, then squeeze out lightly. The cricket mince can then be seasoned, fried or used in other delicious dishes as you wish.
