On 19 February we officially launch our crowdfunding campaign at EntoSus.
With it we take the next logical step in the development of our company – together with people who believe in sustainable protein solutions and in farming with a future.
For more than five years we have been developing innovative protein solutions based on crickets – for food, sports nutrition and pet food. Now we want to accelerate our growth and expand our decentralised production structure further.
Why crowdfunding?
Growth needs capital and conviction.
We deliberately chose crowdfunding because we do not simply want to be invested in – we want to grow together. Crowdfunding means that many investors take a stake in a company together and so make its next phase of development possible.
For us that is more than a form of financing.
Our partner: Rockets
For our campaign we are working with ROCKETS Investment, an established crowdinvesting platform.
ROCKETS guides companies through the entire financing process in a structured way and makes sure that investments are handled transparently, traceably and in line with the law. There, investors receive all relevant information about the investment as well as insight into the terms of participation.

The market: sustainable protein is not a trend – it is a necessity
Worldwide demand for protein is rising continuously, both in human nutrition and in the animal feed market. At the same time, conventional forms of production are increasingly under pressure: rising raw material prices, regulatory requirements and ecological challenges.
Sustainable protein sources are therefore gaining considerable importance.
Insect protein offers decisive advantages here:
- very high feed conversion efficiency
- considerably lower land and water consumption
- reduced CO₂ emissions compared with conventional livestock
For us it is clear: future protein supply has to be thought of as resource-efficient, regional and scalable – for people and animals alike.
Our approach: decentralised cricket farms with farming partners
A central part of our growth strategy is the further decentralisation of our production.
We work with farmers who use empty stable buildings to run cricket farms. This model creates:
- additional income prospects for farming businesses
- regional value creation
- short transport distances
- more sustainable protein production
Compared with conventional livestock, crickets have a considerably smaller carbon footprint and need far fewer resources. With our decentralised farm model we combine ecological efficiency with economic scalability.
The terms of the crowdfunding campaign
Participation is possible from €250.
The following terms apply during the campaign:
- 9.5% fixed interest p. a. for investments made by 2 March
- thereafter 8.5% fixed interest p. a.
- alternatively a 15% payment-in-kind option
All details on term, interest and conditions are set out transparently on the campaign page.
Our goal
With the capital raised we want to:
- expand our production capacity
- develop the decentralised farm model further
- open up new market potential in sustainable protein products
We are convinced that sustainable nutrition and innovative agriculture belong together inseparably. Now is the right moment to drive this development forward.
