Technology transfer and the vision of a European protein network.
We recently visited HiPromine in Poland – one of the technological beacons of European insect farming. Why does our path lead across borders? Because we are convinced that the global protein transition is not a solo effort but a collaborative project built on synergy.
During our visit the focus was on an intensive exchange about automated farming processes and state-of-the-art processing methods. HiPromine demonstrates impressively how insect protein can move from a niche into the mass market through industrial scaling. For us at EntoSus this insight was a confirmation: the industry is ready. We combine these technological inspirations with our focus on a regional circular economy here in Bremen.
This joining of forces shows that we operate within a growing international network. We learn from the big players in order to scale our specialisation in premium quality perfectly. The future of food is being written in Europe – and we have a seat at the table.
