ENTOSUS GRILL BURGER MIX
The onions in the burger mix give the burger a savoury note. Shiitake mushroom powder adds an extra portion of umami to the mixture. Smoked salt provides a subtle smoky flavour. Our burger mix made from cricket protein is not only delicious, but also sustainable.
Preparation recommendation: Pour 90 g cricket burger mix into a bowl and add 110 ml cold water. Leave the mixture to soak for around 30 minutes. After soaking, take about 100g of the mixture and shape it into a burger. Fry the formed burger in a pan over a medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
