Thanks to our specially developed textured protein made from pea flour, cricket flour, and fava bean, the sauce has a minced meat-like texture. It's deliciously tomato-flavored, making it a great choice even for those who prefer their pasta without beef. Grillognese is produced in our small workshop in Bremen.
