Looking for a sustainable alternative to Chili Con Carne? Then try our new Chili Con Grilli! Thanks to our specially developed textured protein made from pea flour, cricket flour, and fava bean, this chili has a ground meat-like texture. It's mildly spicy, making it suitable for those who prefer their chili without the fiery heat. Spice enthusiasts can season it to taste. Chili Con Grilli is produced in our small factory in Bremen.
Our delicious Chili Con Grilli:
- Contains crickets specially bred by us for food production
- Produced and bottled in Bremen
- A tasty alternative to Chili Con Carne
- Perfect with rice, couscous, or simply with bread
Background:
Eating crickets is not new. They have been a staple in diets in many parts of the world for centuries. However, we are innovative because our edible insects are raised in a controlled environment and processed into alternative meat products. We follow the principles of regional circular economy in Bremen, on our very own cricket farm. Want to know more? Find out under "Our Farm and Us."
