Preparation recommendation
Place 90g of Grillen Burger Mix into a bowl and add 110ml of cold water. Let the mixture swell for about 30 minutes. Once swelled, take about 100g of the mixture and form it into a burger. Fry the formed burger in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
